The Future Awaits (2025) is a powerful new film about 13-year-old Tauba and her parents.

Forced into hiding in a cramped attic beneath the rooftops of Paris in 1942, life in confinement is suffocating and the terrifying possibility of discovery is ever present. But in this darkness, Tauba’s unbreakable spirit becomes a beacon. While her parents slip deeper into despair, Tauba refuses to surrender to fear.  Against all odds, Tauba sustains her will to survive, holding onto hope until the liberation of Paris, when she can finally reclaim her life and her future.
